Crafted from the supple Carludovica palm leaves known as "Toquilla straw", this material provides a consistently uniform texture with its own signature creamy hue.

Crafted in Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is carefully designed and refined in our UK workshop before receiving its final hand-polished finish through traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain’s most historic factories. It is completed with a soft, comfortable, and absorbent sweatband, along with a protective, luxurious silk-branded patch on the inside of the crown
