Authentic Montecristi hat expertly crafted by one of the few artisans who can achieve the highest quality standards. Made entirely by hand in Montecristi - Ecuador. It takes approximately ten days to weave each hat.

Crafted in Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is carefully designed and refined in our UK workshop before receiving its final hand-polished finish through traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain’s most historic factories. It is completed with a soft, comfortable, and absorbent sweatband, along with a protective, luxurious silk-branded patch on the inside of the crown
