International Customs:

Any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs*.

*For orders from the EU; import duties and taxes are already included in your payment, this means you will NOT need to pay anything else at the arrival and delivery of the parcel

*If your order is to the United States and is less than $800, you won't incur any additional duty costs on your delivery

If a parcel is refused at arrival and it is sent back to us in the UK, a restock fee of £25.00 will be taken off your refund alongside any customs charges and shipping costs.

Dispatch Time: 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times will depend on your location and the service for you selected. 

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 days. Bespoke products may take longer due to fabrication times.

Here at La Marqueza Hats®, we always want our customers to be pleased with the hat they ordered from us. We do realise that sometimes finding that perfect hat can be a challenge, If your product is not the right size, you have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order and the item must be returned during this period. 

The shipping costs, if you are in the UK from our shop to your address, for exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge once and we will use standard shipping service. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our terms and conditions.

As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative colour or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that if your purchase is in the SALE or OUTLET section, we are unable to accept returns. However, the size exchange is possible when there is stock availability, alternatively a credit note will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To exchange your item, follow the steps below ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size in cm you require, if your preferred size is sold out a refund will be issued within the next few days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ensure to keep proof of postage until you receive your refund notification. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, the items you return must be with the tags still on, in the same new condition and original packaging you received them in and must be sent back before the return/exchange allowed time has expired. Returns outside this period will not be accepted, and therefore sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

We hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase; should you however, wish to return an item, you have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order and the item must be returned during this period. 

In the event that you become aware, on receipt, of any item is faulty or damaged, whilst we hope this never happens you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you received it, please contact us immediately at shop@lamarquezahats.com, so we can personal assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note, original shipping fees and customised/bespoke items or gift boxes are not-refundable. Clearance items are not eligible for a refund but we accept an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase but if not, you can return your hat using the same box provided clearly marked “FRAGILE”. It is important to clearly mark your return parcels ‘Return Goods to England’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to duty once they reach the UK, this will prevent them being held up at customs.  

To receive a refund for your goods your item must be posted no more than 14 days after you receive your item unworn in their original condition.  You are responsible for sending the hat back to us via a suitable transport method. We recommend sending returns via a basic tracked method as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

REFUNDS: Please allow 10 working days for us to process your refund. When you return is complete you will receive a confirmation email.  If you return the hat to us, we might have to pay import duty to receive it and therefore your refund will deduct this fee - we will do our best to help in any way we can but please avoid returning your hat to us without checking this prior.

Please note, original shipping fees and customised/bespoke items or gift bespoken boxes are not-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES: Unfortunately we are not able to offer an international exchange service so if you require a different size please place a new order, and return the original item for a refund. Please note that the cost of returning your item to the UK is at your own expense.

In order to prevent any unexpected exchanges, please double-check your size before the purchase.
