Any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times will depend on your location and the service for you selected.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

We strive to keep all our customers happy. You have 14 days from receipt of your order and the item must be returned during this period. 

The shipping costs, from our shop to your address, for exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge once and we will use standard shipping service. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our terms and conditions.

To exchange your item, follow the steps below ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size in cm you require, if your preferred size is sold out a refund will be issued. 

As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative colour or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Please note, original shipping fees and customised/bespoke items are not-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return/exchange a product size; complete and submit the form below to receive your instructions and confirmation, include in the parcel the printed email of the return acceptance and original receipt.  Only returns that have been confirmed will be liable to be proceeded.

(For international customers, it is important to clearly mark your return parcels ‘Return Goods to England’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to duty once they reach the UK, this will prevent them being held up at customs).

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email (refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt) to your original payment method. In case of exchange, your order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of the same.

Ensure to keep proof of postage until you receive your refund notification. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, the items you return must be with the tags still on, in the same condition and original packaging you received them in and must be sent back before the return/exchange allowed time has expired. Returns outside this period will not be accepted, and therefore sent back to the customer.
