It will take an additional 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times will depend on your location and the service for you selected.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
We strive to keep all our customers happy. You have 14 days from receipt of your order and the item must be returned during this period.
The shipping costs, from our shop to your address, for exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge once and we will use standard shipping service. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our terms and conditions. To exchange your item, follow the below steps ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size you require, if your preferred size is sold out a refund will be issued. Please note, original shipping fees are not-refundable.
As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative colour or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
To return/exchange a product size, package the products, include the printed email return acceptance and receipt. Please complete and submit the form below.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email (refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt) to your original payment method. In case of exchange, your order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of the same.
Remember that the items you return must be in the same condition and original packaging you received them in and must be sent back before the return/exchange allowed time has expired. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.
